How do I request a quote from GSM-Fuji?
Submit the Request a Quote form with your vessel name, IMO number, port of call, and supply requirements, or call our office directly. Standard requests receive a response within 24 hours; emergency requests are handled immediately, 24/7.
Is there a minimum order for ship supplies?
No fixed minimum. We supply everything from a single technical item to a full provisions and stores order for a vessel's entire port call.
How far in advance should I submit a supply request?
Submit as soon as ETA is confirmed to guarantee full stock availability. Emergency and short-notice requests are accepted 24/7 and fulfilled as fast as logistically possible.

Can GSM-Fuji handle customs clearance and bonded stores?
Yes. We manage customs clearances, CTM services, and on-site bonded warehouse storage as part of our standard logistics service, so bonded stores move through your port call without separate coordination on your end.
